A national programme to upgrade UK homes

The Warm Homes Plan is a Government initiative backed by £15 billion of public investment, aiming to upgrade up to 5 million homes by 2030 and reduce household energy bills. It focuses on improving energy efficiency and increasing the adoption of low-carbon technologies.
